Model T-K1 - also known as FLASH - is the most powerful, versatile, and efficient tankless, natural gas or propane (LP) water heater available in the U.S. The Flash Tankless water heater, model T-K1, is an on-demand, tankless gas water heater. Model
T-K2 : The T-K2 flash heater is the result of many new and innovating
features being incorporated into the same size heater as the T-K1.
The major chages are as follows:
- GPM has been increased to a maximum of 6.9 gallons per minute
- The modualtion o fthe BTU ouput has been spread over a greater scale from a low of 20,000 to a high of 185,000 BTU's. This gives a higher degree of efficiency and greater energy savings.
- The T-K2 uses on-board water mixing, so more then one fixture can be opened and closed at the same time, without a temperature drop or increase.
- The T-K2 comes preset at a discharge temperature of 120 degrees. It becomes a plug and play install for household domestic water. No external mixing or tempering valves are required.
- The
T-K2 can also be controlled by the RE-01 remote temperature control,
if a higher discharge temperature is desired.

Model T-M1
provides a commercial or large private residence (5000 square feet and
larger) with excellent service. This unit can be installed in series of
up to twenty units to provide millions of BTU's if the situation demands.
No longer is it necessary to fire a large boiler for a small amount of
water.
The T-M1 can modulate its burn rate to provide hot water from ¾ gpm to
10 gpm. If you have a 500,000 BTU boiler, measure the space it occupies
and consider exchanging it for two T-M1 models, which combined, take up
less than 6 cubic feet and weigh less than 150 pounds. more
