Symptom: Not working with no error sign, no fan sound, no burning.

CHECK MINIMUM WATER FLOW T-K1 & T-K2 is required minimum
0.75GPM (gallons/minute) to activate itself. To acquire
minimum flow rate, check the Water flow rate.
  1. Check water shut-off valve (Gate Valve) for T-K1 & T-K2 that
    cold water supply is opened fully .
  2. Open only hot water side of each faucet fully.
    If it is single handle faucet or temperature compensator faucet,
    adjust handle to hot water supply side for maximum flow.
  3. Check flow rate is over 0.75 GPM with a bucket or any container.
  4. Close to supply cold water to T-K1 & T-K2.
  5. Clean water Filter (44) on the cold supply side.
    See graphic below for example.

  • If water flow < 0.75 GPM, check water shut-off valve is opened fully.
    Plus, check water resource at house water main.
  • If water flow > 0.75 GPM, go to "CHECK FLOW SENSOR".
  • If water flow > 0.75 GPM, go to "CHECK WATER GOVERNER".
